Burpee Badminton

Missed documenting the last few workouts, but the gist is that I have been pressing the 40kg kettlebell for the first time and begun playing badminton.  Yes,badminton, if you have only tried it at picnics and the like I recommend giving it a shot.  It will leave you completely floored after a few games.


40kg KB Strict Press 10×1/arm

2 x 32kg KB Front Squat 10×1

7 games of Badminton (it was a tight match, but I eventually beat Keri (barely))


A) 32kg KB Long Cycle (Clean & Jerk) 5 x 5x/arm

2 x 32kg KB Front Squat 5 x 2

Mtn. Climbers 5 x 10/leg

B) Burpee badminton – every point you lose, perform one burpee
