Which Gireviks out there use Olympic Lifting as well?!

I spent last night watching the London Olympic Weightlifting (full events are finally up on youtube), and started jonesing to try it out.  Since it is not wise to just ‘try out’ Olympic Weightlifting I started to do some research on the basic movements and progressions.  Technique is just as, if not more important than kettlebell lifting to avoid injury and be successful (as pure as my high school football coaches intentions were, it is a miracle that I didn’t suffer a blown back from the way they taught the lifts).

Dan John has an excellent (FREE) e-book  on his site called the “From the Ground Up.”  Dan has a great writing style and if you are interested at all in Oly Weightlifting, you should check it out!
