Dynamic Warm-up

 

A) Jerk- 2x28kg x 10, 2x24kg x 35, 2x20kg x 28, 2x20kg x 31

Snatch- 28kg x 7/7, 24kg x 24/24, 20kg x 41/41

B) 2x28kg rack hold 2x 1min

Inverted Row 2×7

 

Static Stretch/Mobility

I am no powerlifter but I can certainly appreciate their hard work and passion.  This is also just a great video to watch before heading to the gym!
