Four Great Exercises to Increase Shoulder Mobility

Keri and I got off track a day with our program, but it actually works out well considering our road trip back to Iowa this weekend.  It is now as follows; Tues/Thur/Sat Kettlebell Biathlon Training with light cardio and mobility on the off days.
