Friday is HERE!!! I have really been looking forward to this weekend. On Saturday I am taking Keri up Mt. Spalding for our own kettlebell challenge, and Sunday is the IKL/USAKL Cetification. I am excited to learn from Coach Nico Rithner and am sure I will pick up many of the little nuances and subtleties that are involved in Girevoy Sport and kettlebell conditioning. Depending on when we finish, I may even be able to catch the Pro Cycling Challenge Time Trial through Denver’s streets. Yes my friends, it will be a great weekend. I urge you all to do something this weekend that will challenge and enrich both body and mind.
Rode 17.5 miles – felt great to be back on the bike, cycling is my default light cardio on my program’s off days.
