Keri and I got back from her family reunion of sorts in Frisco today.  Amazing weekend, this was the first time I actually got lost in a house (8 bedrooms?!).   The lure of the mountains always makes it hard to come back to the city each time we head west.  Besided playing soccer and basketball with some never tiring 12 year-olds I did manage to get in a workout before I drove to Frisco on Saturday.

Farmer Walk with 16kg KB to park (5 blocks)

Dynamic Warm-up

16kg KB Long Cycle 100 reps (switch hands every 10 reps)

16kg KB Snatch 10x/arm, run 100 yards (7/10 effort) and walk back.  Repeat for 10 sets.

Kettlebell juggling  and carrying on (15 min)

Farmer Walk with 16kg KB back home (5 blocks)
