Today when we got to the office, I had a great surprise waiting for me. My most amazing girlfriend bought us both the Primal Blueprint 90-Day Journal. We have been dabbling in Primal/Paleo for a while now but would like to make a genuine effort for these next 90 days. Documenting, journaling, blogging, etc is a great way to keep yourself on track, motivated, and held accountable. So in addition to using this blog to track my training and growth I will have the 90-Day Journal which is quite in-depth with entries that range from tracking diet, blood levels, workouts, body composition, mood, sleep patterns, amount of play, sun exposure, and other aspects that make up a healthy life.

Double 24kg KB Complex- There was only one other lifter and myself in the KB/ Oly Platform room so we blasted some Iron Maiden (oh yeah) and let ‘er rip. Shortly after which, I tweaked my low back during the Snatches and have been hobbling around since. Form was solid, but sometimes the muscles will disagree with what you demand of them. So it goes. Time to focus on more stabilization and core work.
***I felt the erector spinae and QL lock up after 3rd complex, but ignored it. LESSON FOLKS: LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. IF YOU FEEL PAIN, STOP!***

When I am stuck in the office, this video tugs at the ole heartstrings and leaves me staring wistfully out the window toward the mountains. Enjoy office dwellers!
Such a great video, it kills me to think how much time we spend indoors. Really makes we want to explore all the unique places in Britain.
