A little motivation from the good folks at Rapha!
Had time to hit the gym before my flight back home to Iowa for my Grandma’s 90th. Kept it quick and light, opting for a cardio workout with the 12 kg bell.
12kg KB GS Snatch 300 reps (switch hands every ten)
Cool down/Static Stretch in the terminal waiting for flight (this combined with my Vibrams created quite a stir with the other travelers)
