Today was a real quick workout, but if you choose the right weight it provides a great density workout that will leave you rev’d up for the rest of the day. A note on the weight, since the rep scheme is low, choose a weight that is heavy and challenging but will not make you sacrifice form and make you susceptable to injury. This workout is for people that have been training with a kettlebell for a few months at least. This will leave you panting, so be sure to rest 1 min between sets.
Joint Mobility 10 min
- 32kg KB Strict Press 5×2/arm
- 32kg KB Sport Style Clean 5×5/arm
- 32kg KB Front Squat 5×3
- 12kg KB GS Snatches 200 reps (switch hands every 10)
Cool down- static stretching/foam roller
